About Us :

To further strengthen our online presence and retail operations, we are offering internship opportunities for college students.

Responsibilities:-

Retail Operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our physical store. This includes Inventory management, customer service, visual merchandising, and ensuring a delightful in-store experience.

Order Processing: Handle customer orders received through online platforms. Ensure efficient order processing, packaging, and dispatch while maintaining high-quality standards.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers online, respond to queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive brand image through courteous communication.

Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales performance.

Requirements :

• College student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about the food industry, with a keen interest in retail and online operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using online platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work on weekends or during peak hours if required.

 Benefits :

• Monthly stipend of upto Rs.20,000 for the duration of the internship.
• Upon successful completion for the said duration, Certificate will be issued by the management.
